The Allied WH411Y Excavator Mounted Winch System is a very simple cost effective yarding system for uphill retrieval (downhill system to come) It is simply a matter of putting the winch into freespool and allowing a carriage to travel with gravity to a maximum distance of approx  300 metres (depending on rope size)
